Cemetery List
The Marion County Genealogical Society has been instrumental in cataloguing and photographing a large portion of the cemeteries in Marion County, Florida, for publishing on FindAGrave.com. Our Cemetery Committee has logged many, many hours in an attempt to document every grave in the county. Some of this work has also been done by private individuals.
As of June 1, 2019, there are 260 cemeteries partially or completely catalogued on the Find-A-Grave website. As of the same date, Marion County Genealogical Society has created a total of 26270 memorials and added 30243 photos to Find-A-Grave.
